Fall Lake Care Event: Vadnais & Sucker Lakes

Begins: Nov 11th, 2017 at 9:00 am
Ends: Nov 11th, 2017 at 12:00 pm

Venue: Lily Pond Park
Location: 325 Lily Pond Lane  | Vadnais Heights, Minnesota

Join us as we clean stormdrains, label drains with 'no dumping' signs, and provide residents with information on how to help the lakes from home as well as updated photos and description of the current Sucker Channel project. Flyers with all information will be provided by VLAWMO for volunteers to disperse.

Water from this area drains into Vadnais Lake to become drinking water, and keeping stormdrains clean is a practical, effective way to protect this valuable resource.

Meet at Lily Pond Park, walk a nearby route and end back at the park.

Bring close-toed shoes, gloves, and dress for the weather. Several claw trash-grabbers will be available, adopt-a-drain pamphlets provided.
