Gilfillan Lake
Gilfillan Lake acts as a headwaters in the center of the VLAWMO watershed. It has no inlets, but flows north through several ponds such as Teal Pond and then into Black Lake. From Black Lake, surface water continues north into Wilkinson Lake and follows the chain of lakes to East Vadnais Lake. Gilfillan was converted from a wetland to an open water lake in the 1940s-50s.
