NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION IN REGULAR TECHNICAL COMMISSION MEETING BY INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that VLAWMO Technical Commissioner Terry Huntrods will be participating in the August 13, 2021 Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization Technical Commission regular meeting by interactive technology as permitted by Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.02. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. and will be held at the City of Vadnais Heights City Hall Lakes Room, 800 County Road E East, Vadnais Heights, MN. The member participating via interactive technology will be located at 35005 Chequamegon Road, Bayfield, WI 54814 and interested members of the public may openly attend the meeting at that location, the regular meeting location, or via the Zoom teleconference link. Please contact the VLAWMO office for additional information if you are interested in attending at the Commissioner’s remote site. The interactive technology will allow the public, Commissioner, and commissioners to see and hear all discussion, testimony, and votes of the body during the meeting at both the regular meeting location and the remote meeting location. As provided in the law, the member will be considered present for the purposes of determining a quorum and for participating in the discussion and voting on matters, via roll call, coming before the Commission.
